Ingredients

50 ml IKON No13 Buy now
30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
20 ml simple syrup
Small handful of chopped cucumber
Soda water
A thin cucumber slice or orange zest for garnish

How to make

Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour in all other ingredients and shake hard with some crushed ice. Double-strain into a glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice or orange zest.
