Ingredients
- 50 ml In Flames IKON No13 Buy now
- 30 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 20 ml simple syrup
- Small handful of chopped cucumber
- Soda water
- A thin cucumber slice or orange zest for garnish
How to make
Muddle cucumber in the bottom of a cocktail shaker. Pour in all other ingredients and shake hard with some crushed ice. Double-strain into a glass and top up with soda water. Garnish with a thin cucumber slice or orange zest.
