The product now has a place alongside some of the global industry’s best, competing on a world stage with long-time spirits connoisseurs and experts leading the tasting panels.
From the well-respected industry body and publication The Spirits Business, the latest judging saw KISS Cold Gin take a gold medal in The Gin Masters competition, part of the wider Global Spirits Masters. Marked solely upon independently assessed blind tastings, the judges include journalists, retail buyers, bartenders and educators. Entered within the Contemporary category, KISS Cold Gin was one of only three gold medals awarded.
Presented by another global leader in spirits coverage – TheDrinksReport.com – the World Gin Awards highlighted KISS Cold Gin with a bronze medal for 2022 within the Contemporary Style category. The unique judging setup sees products competing both within category and country, with only one of each gold, silver and bronze medals being awarded. The international panel of judging experts hold two rounds of tastings – the first to identify the leaders within each style, with those winners sampled a second time to identify the winners within each category.
